1. Introduction
Welcome to Lightstud ("we," "us," "our," or "studio"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ilyas Halis Sarigoz ("Ilyas," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the website located at www.lightstud.com (the "Site") and the services provided therein. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.
2. Services
2.1. Scope of Services.
We provide professional design services including, but not limited to:
Web Design
Branding
UI/UX Design
Product Design
2.2. Client Services.
Services are provided to clients on a freelance basis. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, all services are rendered subject to the specific project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property and Ownership
3.1. Ownership of Work.
All intellectual property rights in the work product created by the studio shall remain the property of Ilyas Halis Sarigoz until such time as payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the work for entertainment and educational purposes only, as specified in the specific project agreement.
3.2. Site Content.
All rights, title, and interest in the Site content, including but not limited to design, layout, and content, are owned by Ilyas Halis Sarigoz. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree to:
Not use the Site for any purpose that is illegal or harmful.
Not attempt to interfere with the Site or any related websites.
Not attempt to interfere with the proper use of the Site by any person.
Not use the Site for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1. Subscription Model.
We offer a monthly subscription model for agencies and clients wishing to collaborate on an ongoing basis.
5.2. Payment Terms.
Payment for services and subscriptions is due upon receipt of invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1. "As Is" Basis.
The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.
6.2. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall Ilyas Halis Sarigoz, nor its licensors, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Site or any services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the relevant service.
7. Govering Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governeded by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania, with due regard to applicable European Union regulations and directives.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
